David, the pre-arrival registration option for
Disability Access Service (DAS) is currently only available to Guests based in the United States. This is why the website keeps redirecting you. Hakuna Matata though, because your wife will still be able to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) as soon as you arrive at the first theme park of your holiday. Once you’re there, head straight to the
Guest Relations location at that park, and a friendly Cast Member will walk you through the registration process. Should your wife meet the qualifications for DAS, they will also help her set up her initial DAS selections.
To make subsequent DAS selections throughout the day, your wife can utilize the Same-Day DAS Return Time Self-Selection Tool in her
My Disney Experience mobile app. She just needs to click on the Disability Access Service (DAS) button in the app’s menu to use it. If she has any issues making subsequent DAS selections or needs further assistance with DAS in any way, the wonderful Cast Members at the
Guest Experience Team locations throughout the parks (marked with blue umbrellas) can assist her.
