Welcome back to planDisney, Matthew!
Magic, excitement and pixie dusts are returning to the Disneyland Resort. After an extended closure due to the pandemic, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are finally gearing up to open up their gates on April 30, 2021.
Matthew, with your previously purchased tickets that you were unable to use last year due to the pandemic, I recommend linking them to your Disney account. If they were previously linked, they may have “disappeared” from your Disney account if the original expiration date has passed. You should then be able to view your new extended expiration date.
Once linked, you can head to the
Theme Park Reservation Availability section, create your travel party, choose the date on the calendar and park you wish to visit. Once you’ve reviewed your selections and confirm, you’ll be all set to return to the Happiest Place on Earth. At this time, Guests are only able to make reservations through June 28, 2021.
Hakuna Matata if you’re planning on visiting the parks after this date; Disneyland Resort will update the ticket calendar on a rolling basis so be sure to check back often.
If you still encounter issues, it could be Stitch trying to wreak havoc. You can contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Due to the unprecedented demand of Guests wishing to
return to a land of Magic, wait times to speak with a Cast Member may be longer than usual. I’ve recently contacted Guest Information and I just put my phone on speaker and enjoyed the Disney music while I waited.
Please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again, Matthew. We’re all EARS and ready to assist you in planning your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
