how do you access DAS Advance Planning option to reserve rides?

Hey Howdy Hey Martin and welcome to planDisney!

I love how Disney has continued to expand and develop the Disability Access Services abilities and conveniences recently. There is so much more you can do now before you get to the parks to help to plan your day a little better and make things more easily accessible with My Disney Experience account as well. Let's review the process and hopefully get you rolling with the advanced planning options.

So the first thing you need to do is register either online or in-person at any Guest Relations center in any of the parks. After you register and if you receive this benefit, you will be given a text-only number that you can text a Cast Member about obtaining your advanced planning options. With the advanced options, you will have the ability to book up to two one-hour return time windows for attractions before your park day begins. Once the park opens for the day, you then get a rolling one selection that you can either book from your My Disney Experience app or by talking with a Cast Member at the entrance to the attraction you want to experience.

To further help prepare for your trip, Disney also has put together some great information about Attraction Access Categories. This may help to understand expectations for transfers and walking needs on various attractions throughout all four parks.

I hope this cleared up the process a bit for you and you can always reach out directly to Disability Access Services by calling (407) 560-2547 or by email at disability.services@disneyparks.com if you have further questions for them. Let us know if you have any further questions for us as well, we always love any excuse to talk about all things, Disney!

    Have a Magical Day,
