How do I access my credits from Disney tickets not used?

    Hello Amy,

Thank you for bringing your question to us here at planDisney!

It's so great to see you're planning a return to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" with a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

I'm thinking that the credits you mention are the unused theme park admission days on the Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets you previously purchased.

My best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort tickets team at (407) 566-4985 to review your tickets. The friendly Cast Members on the tickets team can look into the details of your theme park tickets with you and talk with you about your best options. Your options could vary depending on when the tickets were purchased and the type of tickets that were purchased.

If it happens that you purchased the theme park tickets with the "No Expiration Option" added, then those tickets can still be used for theme park admission. Also, if you have theme park tickets that are unused, you can typically apply the amount you paid to purchase the tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. The ticketing team Cast Members can give you the best guidance based on your tickets.

When you get all your theme park tickets up to date, you'll want to be sure that those theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be able to see all your theme parks tickets displayed in the "My Plans" area of your account. You can then use the Disney Park Pass system to make Disney Park Pass reservations to visit the theme parks.

Amy, I hope this information is helpful to you in getting your theme park tickets all set up. The next part of the planning process is the super fun part of imagining all the magic that awaits you at the Walt Disney World Resort. There's so much to see, do, and enjoy. You'll want to stay in the know about all that's new and exciting, so be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog, and be sure to follow planDisney on social media

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
