how do I access the chat feature?

Hello again, Lee! Welcome back to planDisney!

It is almost time to head to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I am happy to help you get your final plans in place. There is nothing better than arriving for your vacation and knowing that all your planning is in order so you relax and enjoy!

The chat feature on the Walt Disney World website can be found either through the Contact Us page (if the chat icon is highlighted and you can click on it). A lot of time the option to chat will pop up when I am looking at the Disney Resorts Collection hotel page, so if the chat icon is unavailable, I usually try heading to the Disney Resorts page to see if it is available from there. Chat is often busy, so keep checking!

You can also try connecting to chat through the My Disney Experience mobile app. From the main page of the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Then, scroll down and select the box that says, "Chat With Us."

I hope this helps, Lee! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
