There are a few possible answers to this question depending on what exactly you have paid. If you are trying to access what you have paid towards a vacation package, you can see your balance in
My Disney Experience as long as you have
linked that vacation package to your account. If you have not yet created a My Disney Experience account, go ahead and create one and then use the confirmation number for your vacation package to link it. Once you log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, then
Link Reservations and Purchases. Once it is linked, you should be able to see the reservation details in My Plans. You should also be able to make payments online and track your balance.
If you are asking about viewing charges made on a Guest Folio account once you have stayed at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you should have received a copy of your Guest Folio via email after you checked out. If you have a room only reservation, you should also be able to check that Guest Folio in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. We have an upcoming room only reservation and I can see how much we have paid towards that reservation as well as how much we still owe. To view your account in the app, just open the app, click on the three bars on the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click on the icon for Resort Hotel, and then click on the icon to View Charges.
If this does not answer your question, my apologies! You can always contact a Cast Member in Guest Services to inquire about specific charges on a Guest Folio account. I find that it's easiest to reach someone if I locate the Guest Services number of the webpage of my resort hotel. For example, my last stay was at
Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel, so I would contact the specific phone number on their webpage.
