Hi, Rosa!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. Charting a course for a future Disney Cruise is always exciting, and dreaming about your next sailing is the perfect way to beat the winter blues!
From what I have seen in the past, Disney Cruise Line releases itineraries in seasonal waves, usually about 15 to 18 months before sail dates. Since we are talking about 2028, we are still a bit early. My best guess is that early 2028 sailings will be announced toward the end of this year (but that is only a guess!). I know it can be tough to stay patient when you are eager to book a Disney Cruise, but I promise, it will be worth the wait once those new itineraries appear!
Once you are on the ship, make sure to put down a deposit for a
Placeholder Reservation for a future cruise! With a Placeholder, Guests can save on their next eligible sailing, giving you the perfect excuse to book another adventure at sea! Just keep in mind that Placeholders must be used within 24 months, so the sooner you can book that next voyage, the better!
While you are counting down the days until you can book your cruise, keep checking the
Special Offers page to see if any promotions catch your attention. Finding a great deal on a Disney Cruise makes the whole vacation feel even more wonderful (and you might even use a bit of those savings to reserve an extra
Onboard Activity or
Port Adventure!). You may also want to subscribe to the
Disney Cruise Line newsletter to receive updates and promotional information right in your inbox. The
Disney Parks Blog is another fantastic resource for staying up to date on all things related to sailing on the high seas.
Rosa, I can't wait for you to sail on the Disney Cruise Line! I hope you reach out to planDisney again if you have more questions.
Happy sailing!
Jen
