Hiya Priscila,
Welcome to planDisney! Don’t you just love a deal! I just recently took advantage of an Annual Passholder deal on the
Special Deals, Offers, and Discounts page and scheduled a last-minute staycation at
Port Orleans – Riverside last weekend. It was the best decision I made all week!
Now let’s chat about your promotion, Priscilla! As you mentioned, to activate your theme park tickets, you will need to provide valid proof of Canadian residency. Typically acceptable forms include a Canadian Passport, Driver’s License, or other forms of official government-issued identification that clearly shows your valid Canadian residential address. The specific ticket offer may have additional requirements, but since I’m not sure what special offer you are referring to, I won’t assume. Be sure to review the Terms and Conditions in your confirmation email to double-check before you arrive in September.
I hope this was helpful, Priscila. Before I let you go, while you can activate your theme park tickets at the Ticket Counters at any of the four theme parks, I always recommend going to
Disney Springs instead (if you can). It saves you the time trying to activate in the morning while you are scanning in, and there is also the added bonus of being able to enjoy Disney Springs! I love heading there for a yummy bite and a bit of window shopping before I start my trip (
World of Disney has the largest selection of merchandise across the property). If there is anything else you need, please come back and see us.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
