When you booked your Disney vacation through American Express, you should have received a confirmation email. The email likely contains an American Express confirmation number which is not compatible with your
My Disney Experience account. Please check that email to see if it also contains the 12-digit reservation number which is compatible with your My Disney Experience account. If you are unable to locate that 12-digit number, you will need to contact American Express to obtain the Disney reservation number.
Once you have the Disney 12-digit reservation number, you can easily
link your confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account. Simply select "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" and then you can enter your confirmation number and last name to link your reservation to your account. If you have any issues, please contact a
