    What is the absolute quickest way from All-Star Movies to MK? We want to be there for rope drop at 7:00am on NYE. Worried that busses may to too crowded and/or take really long time. If bus, what time should we board / what time do they begin running?

    Hi Linnea,

     

    Magic Kingdom will open at 7:00 am on December 31st due to Extra Magic Hours.  The buses will usually start running about an hour before park opening so around 6:00 am.  I would confirm this when you check in at All-Star Movies.  I would get on the first bus and be a the bus stop just before it arrives.  You will have plenty of time to be there for rope drop.  Another option would be to take a taxi if you do not want to deal with the buses.  Even though the park will be really crowded this day, I still think you will be fine in the early morning.  The park will probably close because of capacity by mid to late morning so I wouldn't leave if you want to be there at Midnight.  When you arrive, I would head straight to the new Fantasyland to ride these attractions early.  Have a magical New Year's Eve at the Magic Kingdom, Linnea!
