    The above Q&A regarding the no expiry option ( I purchased these when we were visiting in 2008) was somewhat helpful. Do you have an 800 number , as I am calling from Canada? I would like to chat with someone as questions seem to evolve as I progress.

    I understand you have questions about existing tickets and want to speak directly to someone. I have a 10-Day Ticket with both Non-expiration and Park Hopper Options that are 9 years old and have asked many questions over the years about these tickets. I get the same answer every time and would love to share it with you about converting vintage tickets. Guest Relations recommends you email them at with your questions including pictures of the front and back of your tickets. When I called both Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639 and at (407) 939-1289 they still asked for the ticket images to be emailed so they could verify the information and answer my questions. They want to give you an answer directly related to your issue. Unfortunately, there is no 800 number. You may also speak to a Cast Member in person when you arrive by visiting any Guest Relations location at any Theme Park and at the Disney Springs Welcome Center.

    planDisney Pro Tip: Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant holds an epic Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival. Maybe with a little "luck of the Irish," you can get there for it.
