Are you able to take water and snacks into the parks?

    Hi Nancy,

Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m sure you are excited to be planning your trip to Walt Disney World.

I'm happy to share that yes, you are able to bring your own water and snacks into the parks. My family and I often pack a bag of lunches, snacks and water. We find it really convenient to grab a snack and a sip between attractions when we don’t want to take the time for a lunch break.  When we do break for lunch, we know that there are plenty of relaxing spots for us to sit and enjoy our lunch. You will need to take your packed snacks and water through bag check before entering the park. One quick tip that I’ll share is that you won’t be permitted to bring any glass containers as those would be prohibited.

Have fun planning your trip and enjoy your days in the parks!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
