    Am I able to upgrade my tier 3 ticket to a 4 or 5? Of yes, how?

    Welcome, and thank you for stopping by planDisney to ask us a Disneyland Resort question. To upgrade a theme park ticket you’ve already purchased to a ticket type of greater value (such as switching to a ticket in a higher tier or adding the Park Hopper option, for example) you must visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth in person. Ticket upgrades can’t be made online or with the Disneyland mobile app at this time.

    To inquire about the possibility of upgrading your ticket tier for an upcoming vacation before you travel to the resort, you’ll need to speak with a Cast Member by calling (714) 781-4636. Also, please keep in mind that all Guests must make a theme park reservation online in advance to enter a park.
