    I was just able to upgrade our 10 day stay to AKL. We usually stay at a Value Resort so upgrading to a Deluxe is super exciting. I'm not too familiar with AKL...we booked a standard room. Will we be in Jambo House or Kidani Village? Do I have a choice?

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is such a unique and beautiful Resort. The exotic African art decor, the views of the savanna, and the animals make this Resort one of my family's favorites. You are going to enjoy every minute of your stay there! 

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House are separate Resorts located Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort area. You will be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge which is also known as Jambo House. 

    Guest are welcome to visit the Villas, and I highly recommend dining at Sanaa in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. One of my favorite things to do is to grab a cocktail at Sanaa Lounge and then head outside to see the animals roaming the savanna. There nothing quite like ending an evening with giraffes!
