Angelica from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Am I able to upgrade my California Resident 3-Day tickets one park per day into a park hopper.

    Hello, Angelica!

I get it. One moment you are experiencing the thrills of the “wildest ride in the wilderness,” and the next moment, you get a hankering for some delicious shawarma. What else can you do? You’ve simply got to park hop to enjoy it all.

Fortunately, most One Park Per Day theme park tickets can be upgraded to Park Hopper tickets. Ticket upgrades are usually available for non-complimentary tickets and the new ticket type must be of equal or greater value than the orginal ticket type. To upgrade, take your tickets and any purchase confirmation information you have to a ticket booth outside the main entrances to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I also recommend having your original form of payment and a photo ID with you as well.

ALERT! One Park Per Day tickets and Park Hopper Tickets have separate pools of theme park reservations. You will want to check the theme park reservation availability calendar to make sure that reservations are available for the new ticket type. After your upgrade is complete, visit "My Theme Park Reservations" online or “Make a Park Reservation” from the ‘+’ menu at the bottom of the Disneyland mobile app to book a new park reservation.

I hope you have a magical time visiting the Disneyland Resort, Angelica!
