Hello, Nicola!
I love the days leading up to a Disney Cruise. With every checklist I complete, I’m closer to sailing into relaxation! I’m happy to help you cross off one of your ‘to-do’ items. Let’s see if we can update your credit card information together!
When you sign in and view your reservation details, you should be able to select the blue text that says, ‘Modify Check In.’ If the payment information is grayed out, try refreshing the page; you should then be able to select and save your new payment information. I had to do this before my last cruise because my credit card expired, and I was issued a new one. You can also contact the
Walt Disney Travel Company for help or visit Guest Services once you board the Disney Dream. I hope one of these options works for you!
If you haven’t done so yet, be sure to print, email, or save your Port Arrival Form. I find it helpful to save it to my phone for easy access when I check in with the Disney Representatives. Don’t forget to pack a day bag with any essential items and keep your
citizenship documentation handy. Soon enough, you’ll be waving goodbye to the port as your magical journey sets sail!
I know time is running out, but if you have any additional questions, please stop by planDisney again. We are standing by, ready to help!
SEAS the adventure!
