Harley, since you are within three days of your voyage, you have two options to upgrade your stateroom before boarding. Your first option is to
call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 to speak with an agent about availability and pricing. The hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday Eastern Standard Time. You can also wait until Monday and check for upgrades at the port. This process will include checking in with a Cast Member first, then meeting with another Cast Member to see which upgrades are available. Just let that first Cast Member know you are interested in upgrading, and they will direct you to the upgrade area. The Cast Member will go over the available categories and the price difference compared to your booking. If you decide to upgrade, they will note the changes in the system and ensure your luggage is delivered outside the new stateroom door. I've upgraded at the port before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the process was and by how quickly everything reflected our new stateroom.
