Welcome to planDisney, Bridget!
Thank you for stopping by today with a great question! I am happy to hear that you have won pixie-dusted tickets with
Park Hopper Option – I cannot wait for you to experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!
Bridget, you can check the expiration date of your ticket via the
My Disney Experience mobile app or by
signing in to your Disney account online. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen and select
Tickets and Passes. When you sign in to My Disney Experience online, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker to view the expiration date of your tickets. Be sure your
tickets are linked to your Disney account – this is the only way you will be able to confirm their expiration date. If you have any issues or require assistance, please contact Ticketing at (407) 566-4985.
As you plan your visit, remember that all Guests ages 3 and up are required to have both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same park on the same date. As soon as you have linked tickets to My Disney Experience and confirmed their expiration date, check
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan the dates of your visit and make
Disney Park Pass reservations.
I hope this information is helpful, Bridget! Nothing makes us happier than helping Guests plan magical memories for their Disney vacation, so do not hesitate to send additional questions our way!
See ya real soon,
Thiana
