    I am able to start registering for DAS for my daughter soon. Are the live chats to register available on both Saturday and Sunday’s? It states 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time, but does not say what days. isi

    "Yee-haw!" What an exciting time on the horizon for your family. If it's time for Disability Access Service (DAS) registration, that means you will enjoy The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. All of the parks will be filled with EARidescent excitement for your family to enjoy.

    You are correct on the live chat time, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Cast members should be available 7 days a week. Just a note, while researching this answer, I noticed a large call volume in the queue during the weekend.
