    I am only able to spend one day in Disneyworld this trip and am traveling with my 84 year old mom. Which would be our best land to go to for the day?

    Hi Debbie! Spending a day at Walt Disney World Resort with your mom sounds practically perfect in every way! I'm so excited for you!

    While I know you will both enjoy spending time together in any of the theme parks, my suggestion would be to consider Epcot, in particular, because of the time of year you will be there. The theme park is made up of two areas; Future World and the World Showcase. There are several fantastic attractions in Future World but my mom always gravitates to the World Showcase. Here, you will find 11 countries to visit. There are amazing dining options, great entertainment and wonderful attractions to be found as you make your way around the world.

    As an added bonus, the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is scheduled for March 6 to June 3. Epcot will come alive with amazing topiaries, delicious food at outdoor kitchens and fantastic entertainment! The flowers will take your breath away. It's a beautiful time to be at Epcot! Plus - the floral designs will make for beautiful backdrops for treasured photos of you and your mom.

    You will want to conclude your evening by viewing IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth will be ending at the end of the summer so this is a must do if your schedule permits.

    I couldn't be more excited for you. I love spending any day with my mom. Doing so at Walt Disney World Resort makes it even more wonderful. I know you will enjoy your day and create many treasured memories together! Enjoy every magical moment!
