    Will I be able to ship items to Old Key Resort from Amazon? What are the guidelines? How far in advance would you suggest?

    Hi Tifani,

    Can you hear those steel drums and see the sun glistening off the palm trees? Get ready for a peaceful and tropical vacation at the beloved Disney's Old Key West Resort!

    I am pleased to confirm that one of the many services available to Disney Resort hotel guests is mail and parcel delivery services.  I have personally taken advantage of this service many, many times. Therefore you will certainly be able to place an online order with Amazon for delivery to Disney's Old Key West, with the package then being held for your arrival.

    You will want to ensure that the package is addressed to the lead guest on your Resort hotel reservation, followed by the title "Guest" and your check-in date. For example:

    Trish A. - Guest April 25
    Disney's Old Key West Resort
    1510 North Cove Road
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8421

    Try to ensure your package is delivered no more than 1-3 business days prior to your check-in date.

    Please be aware that Disney currently charges a $5 per package handling fee for all packages delivered to the front desk of any Disney Resort hotel. Therefore, it is obviously in your best interest to minimize the number of packages. Currently Amazon has an online option for requesting than an order to be grouped into as few packages as possible. Definitely click that box!
