Are you still able to ship a droid made in the park to your home?

Bright suns, Hunter! These ARE the droids you’re looking for! Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the place to go for assembling the droid to be your companion in the battle against the First Order!

You will be able to build a custom astromech droid unit in either the R-series or BB-series (or perhaps both)! Choose wisely as the conveyor belt displays a variety of parts you can use to build your droid! There are also some cool “add-ons” available in the depot that you can purchase to further customize your droid. My son had so much fun building his droid and purchasing additional “add-ons.”

I reached out to a few Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort to verify that droids built at Droid Depot can be shipped to your home on planet Earth. Once you’ve completed your droid, connect with a Cast Member at Droid Depot. They will direct you to the shipping location within the theme park. Applicable shipping charges will apply and are not included in the initial cost to build your droid. May the Force be with you!

    Dreams do come true!
