Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Victoria! Please relay my thanks for your service to you and your family! Walt Disney World is a very fun place for military personnel to visit, and I’ll help you get the best offer possible!
If you have a must-stay resort on your list, I would go ahead and either book a single room with the online system, or call
(407) 939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member and book multiple rooms. Personally, I love to stay at Port Orleans, French Quarter for it’s extensive theming and beignets breakfast! Its also one of the smallest resorts on property, so the pool never feels crowded and the streets are peaceful. If, after your booking, a
special offer comes available that you can apply to your room, simply have your booking number handy and call the aforementioned number. There, you can retroactively apply discounts that fit. Currently, I’ve got a “Me & Mom” vacation planned for 2018, and I’m ready and waiting to snag my
Annual Passholder Discount rate or a possible special offering that we don’t yet know about.
If you want to go ahead and purchase Military Discount Tickets or Memory Maker, you can do that at your local ticket office or by contacting
Shades of Green, who I hear may mail your tickets to you for a small fee. Take note that at Magic Kingdom, if you don military hats, pins or otherwise, you may be selected for the Flag Retreat, a special daily ceremony that many love to watch and experience. Have a wonderfully magic vacation and please return to ask me another question. ~ Lindsey P.
