    I was able to reserve a day at Disneyland with 3 tickets we have, but we couldn't upload our 4th ticket. Can you help me figure out why?

    Are you as excited as I am for the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort? Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their friends can't wait to welcome guests back starting on April 30, 2021. Enhanced health and safety measures are in place and Cast Members are getting ready for the big reopening!

    I’m sorry to hear that you were only able to make a theme park reservation for three out of your four tickets. Double check that you are imputing the correct numbers or try scanning the bar code instead. If you tried and tried with no luck, you’re going to need to call Ticket Services so that they can assist you with that one ticket. They can check their systems and tell you what might be wrong with your ticket or help fix it for you.
