I was able to make a reservation to the Biergarten restaurant for December 8 when there was no Candlelight Processional. Now that there is a narrator for December 8, am I able to obtain two seats for the Candlelight Processional with my dining reservation?

Seasons Greetings, Jose! Welcome to planDisney!

Goodness, just thinking about the Candlelight Processional gives me goosebumps! It's so beautiful, and it's one of my favorite holiday traditions at the Walt Disney World Resort. I can totally see why you're hoping to add it to your vacation!

The Candlelight Processional Dining Package is offered as its own experience and requires a separate reservation, so unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to add it to your existing reservation at the Biergarten Restaurant. You can try to book it and then cancel your current reservation, but I did just check availability for December 8 and it appears to be sold out. But don't give up! You never know when another Guest may need to cancel and open up a practically perfect opportunity for you!

If you can't quite score a reservation for a dining package, never fear! You can still attend the Candlelight Processional without a reservation!, You'll just need to do a little advance planning and get to the America Gardens Theater early to try and get a seat. In a pinch, you can hear and see the performers from just outside the theater as well. It's a truly moving sight, no matter where you happen to be situated.

Jose, I hope you find a little pixie dust in your stocking and that you get a chance to experience this amazing presentation of the Christmas story. Wishing you and your family a magical Walt Disney World vacation and a happy holiday season!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
