We were able to get a res for BOG for lunch! It is saying pre-order. First, do we have to? If we don't, do we lose our res? And second, what are the benefits of pre-ordering? Thanks so much!

    Hi Michelle!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We are leaving for Walt Disney World in five days, and our very first reservation is at Be Our Guest for lunch.  I am so excited!  We actually sat down and pre-ordered our meals last night:)

You absolutely do NOT have to pre-order.  I think the main benefit is that your wait for your food will be shorter than if you order when you get there.  I can see the benefit of both ways.  Not having to wait is nice, but it's also hard to decide right now what I may want to eat next Saturday!

We decided to go ahead and pre-order just to see how it all works.  If you decide not to, there will be kiosks there for you to order upon arrival.  No worries!

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
