Am I able to request resort rooms be grouped together. My family has 3 rooms at the Beach Club and would like them next to each other.

Hey Johna! So glad to have you visit with us at planDisney!

Yes, you can definitely request that your rooms be grouped together at Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
While room requests aren't guaranteed, Cast Members will do their best to honor them.

What you'll want to do is make sure all three room reservations are linked in your My Disney Experience account. Then, give Disney a call so that a note of request can be placed on each reservation.

Be sure to let the Cast Member know that you'd prefer the rooms to be “near each other” or “adjoining” (which means next to each other, but not necessarily with a connecting door). If you want connecting rooms, be sure to request that specifically.

Sometimes, the earlier you make the request, the better, but there is still no guarantee. I always like to follow up the initial call by calling the resort a few days before check-in to kindly remind them of the request and to double-check that they can see the note.

Hope you all have the best time at the Beach Club. It's such a great location, especially with that amazing pool!

    Toodles,
    Korliss
