    Am I still able to renew my Disney pass after the 30 days?

    Hiya Ebony,

    Welcome to planDisney! Nothing is more magical than having a Magic Key Pass. From unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads to discounts and exclusive offers. Being a Magic Key Holder is a dream for a Disneyland Resort fan (clearly, many people agree since everyone gets so excited when new pass sales open up).

    Guests with a Magic Key Pass have thirty days before their Key expires to renew it for another year. I spoke to a Cast Member through the Magic Key Holder phone line, and unfortunately, if your Magic Key Pass is not renewed within your renewal window before the pass’s expiration date, you will have to purchase it as a “new sale,” when available.

    I wish I had happier news to share, Ebony. I had this happen with my Annual Pass for Walt Disney World Resort once, and it was incredibly frustrating waiting to be able to get a new pass. If you would like to talk to someone in the Magic Key Holder Guest Services about your specific case, feel free to do so, but they will likely give you the same unfortunate news.
