    How am I able to get a refund for unused genie plus?

    Hey there, Vania! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear you were unable to board that magic carpet ride yesterday with Disney Genie+

    Were you unable to use Disney Genie+ because you did not visit the parks as planned? Or did you experience any technical difficulties in the Disneyland mobile app while trying to reserve Lightning Lanes? Typically, Disney Genie+ service is nonrefundable, but as I don’t know the exact circumstances, you may want to contact a Cast Member on the Disney Genie Service team to explain your situation. Though there are no guarantees, you can work with a Cast Member on your situation to determine if there are any options. 

    I certainly hope you’re able to use Genie+ on a future trip, as it’s a great way to save hours not waiting in queues. The magic will still be there next time, Vania!
