Hello! Would I be able to refund all that I paid for (resort and park tickets) when I cancel a trip?

Hey there, Kaiser, and welcome to planDisney! Olaf said it best, “Things just keep on changing.” That shouldn’t apply to a Walt Disney World vacation though! December is the perfect time to visit the Disney “bubble” - not that there is ever a bad time - and I do not want you to miss out on any of the Disney Vacation fun!

Kaiser, one of my favorite benefits of booking a Vacation Package with the Walt Disney World Resort is the flexible change/cancellation policy. Disney Vacation Packages include a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation and a Theme Park Ticket purchase and require a $200 deposit (price is subject to change) at the time of booking. The remaining reservation balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. According to the Online Package Terms and Conditions, if you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a complete refund. If you cancel inside of the 30-day window, a cancellation fee of $200 is assessed - practically meaning that you won’t receive your deposit back. And if you cancel the day before your arrival, then the full price of your package is non-refundable.

I hope this helps, Kaiser! If you have more questions while you plan your Disney vacation, come back and ask me. After all, you’ve got a friend in me!
