Welcome to
planDisney, Kaiulani! Thank you for bringing us your question.
This is an exciting time to be visiting the
Happiest Place on Earth! Recently, the
Adventureland Tree House and
Tiana's Palace have debuted. The
Pixar Place Hotel is opening early next year! There are also
new dining options coming to the Downtown Disney District!
Regarding your question,
Disneyland Resort tickets are not refundable or transferable. Despite this, there are still some options available to you. Your tickets should have a validity date that is longer than a year, depending on when you purchased them. Even if your tickets expire, you might be able to use the value of your unused ticket towards a new ticket. To learn more about your options, I suggest
calling the Tickets phone line and talking to a Cast Member.
When you are ready to visit the Theme Parks, don't forget to make your Park Reservations by visiting the
My Theme Park Reservations webpage.
I hope this is helpful to you, Kaiulani! If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and see us.
Your Pal,
Alejandra
