    Am I able to receive mail to my on site hotel?

    Greetings, Sarah and welcome to planDisney!

    Walt Disney World Resort Mail Services are available for the convenience of all Guests who are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. Sarah, you are welcome to send mail and packages, as well as receive mail and packages.

    If receiving mail and/or packages, it would be advisable to do the following:
    - kindly ensure the correct mailing address of your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel,
    - please include your full name on the envelope and the word, "GUEST" clearly noted beside your name,
    - please mark the date of your arrival beneath your name.

    Please note:
    There are set fees for packages that are received through the Front Desk, or for packages that are delivered to your Guest Room. Kindly refer to the detailed information contained in the Walt Disney World Resort Mail Service resource to apprise yourself of important details.

    Now would be a good time to finalize your advance reservations for your Disney Dining as you appear to be within your 60-day booking window.

    Download the My Disney Experience Mobile App to manage your plans before and during your visit, especially at the theme parks, as there are many helpful vacation essential features within the app. We really enjoyed the contactless convenience of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering which also saved us a lot of time, and we were able to save even more time waiting in lines by purchasing the Disney Genie+ service, it was so handy!

    Sarah, if you haven't customized your MagicBands yet, now is the time to purchase and personalize them, or the new MagicBand+ (up to 6 days before your arrival, but I would take care of this as soon as possible) by accessing your My MagicBands and Cards in your My Disney Experience planning area once signed in to your Disney account online. The MagicBands will be waiting at the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel upon your arrival. Or, you are welcome to purchase your MagicBands or MagicBands+ during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort and a Cast Member can assist you with linking them to your Disney account.

    With the MagicBand, you will be able to unlock your Disney Resort Hotel Guest Room door, enter the theme park if linked to valid theme park admission and hold a Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation and the MagicBand+ will add even more magical experiences during your visit, such as interacting with the Fab 50 Character Collection!
