Would I be able to push my trip back a year if I became pregnant or something came up? NOT CANCEL just push back?

Hiya, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney! I'm more than happy to chat with you today about options regarding booking and modifying a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort - it's honestly one of my favorite hobbies!

The thing I love most about choosing a Disney World Vacation Package is the ease of combining my resort, ticket, and dining reservations in one place! The thing I love almost as much is the flexibility it provides to modify any component of that package should the need arise.

Stephanie, when you book a vacation package, you will select your travel party and dates and then choose a Disney Resort Hotel and theme park tickets. You will have the option to also choose add-ons to your park tickets, like the popular Park Hopper Option or visits to the Disney water parks, if you so choose.

Once your vacation is reserved and linked to you through your My Disney Experience account, you have the power to make necessary changes by clicking on "My Plans" and then "Change Reservation" on your account. You can change individual components of your vacation including your travel dates, travel party, Disney Resort Hotel, room type, and dining plan selections through this process by selecting "change". If there is any price difference between your original and your new selections, you will be asked to pay that difference when you finalize your changes. At this time, there is no fee or penalty for adjustments made at least 30 days prior to your original check-in date.

I'd also like to mention that this is the same process you would use if a special offer is announced that you would like to apply to an existing reservation or if you would like to add the Memory Maker or Travel Protection to your package.

Stephanie, I hope this has been helpful and I wish you the best on your vacation adventures and planning in the new year! Please do come back to planDisney at any time if you have any other questions about making the most of the magic! We'd love to help!

    Your pixie-dusted pal,
