Hello, Am I able to purchase Park Hoppers directly from the Disneyland Hotel? We will be staying there soon. I have received conflicting info from both the hotel (yes) and Disney's online chat (no). Thanks!

    Hello Shannon!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

In my previous visits, I have been able to purchase park tickets at the Disneyland Resort Hotel. I simply went down to concierge and a Cast Member helped me. I’m not sure if policies have changed since then. If they have, there are ticket booths located outside of Disneyland Park and  I’ve never seen the lines very long.

I hope this helps and let us know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
