Jonathan from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I was able to purchase Kay passes today. However, I had purchase 2 tickets to Disneyland for next Monday the 23rd. Is there a refund available? What are my options to use the one day tickets?

Hi Jonathan! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending your question our way.

I'm happy to hear you were able to purchase Magic Key Passes. Welcome to the magical club! Theme park tickets are nonrefundable, but the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. You also have some time to use the one-day tickets, depending on when they were purchased. One-Day, one-Park tickets that are purchased at the ticket booth or through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland Mobile App today are valid now through December 30, 2024.

I hope this information helps and that you enjoy visiting The Happiest Place on Earth during your time as a Magic Key holder. When you have more planning questions, please visit us again at planDisney. We would love to help!

    Wishing you magic,
