Am I able to purchase 2 -1 day basic tickets instead of a 2 days pass? It looks like it's less expensive to buy 1 days passes. I'm assuming I'll just to to buy them in 2 different transactions. Will the system let me do that?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Nicole!

I'm so glad that you are exploring different ticket options for your trip to the Disneyland Resort! With the new tiered pricing system where different days of the year are in different tiers, it is possible that purchasing two one-day tickets may be less expensive than purchasing a two-day ticket. To purchase two one-day tickets, you will do exactly as you have described--purchase your tickets in two separate transactions. Just make sure you select the appropriate dates and park for each ticket.

Have you heard about the new Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services launching soon? Disney Genie is a complimentary digital service in the Disneyland app that will create customized park-touring strategies based on your interests. Disney Genie+ will be available for $20 per day, per ticket and will help you skip most of the wait on select attractions by using the Lightning Lane. These two services will save you oodles of time in the parks!

I hope this helps. Have a wonderful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
