    Hello! I was able to print out my waiver for the princess half (i had signed up for it months ago) but I can not print out any waivers for myself or my husband and son for the Royal 5k. I signed us all up for it this past Sunday, Should they be ready yet?

    Hi Steve!  Yes, you should be able to print out your waivers for all the races the weekend of the Princess half on this link to track shack.  If you have the email with your confirmation number, I would first check to make sure you spelled all the names correctly (this happened to me before!).  You should be able to enter your last name and birthday and all of the races you signed up for should open up with the option to print out a waiver.  If this doesn't work, I recommend taking your confirmation emails from active.com to the expo on race weekend.  You can then go to the "runners relations" booth and they can help you find and print out waivers.  If you don't have your confirmation email, you can log into your active.com account to find them.  Lastly, if that still doesn't work, I found this phone number for the active.com help desk: 877-228-4881.  They should be able to help your find your registration information.  There will be plenty of computers and printers at the expo to print waivers in case you don't get them before you leave.  I hope this helps and you find everything you need.  Please let me know if I can help in any other way.
