Disneyland Vacation Packages require purchasing admission tickets for everyone in the room. It bundles admission tickets and your hotel room, rather than the room and the option to purchase
Magic Keys. I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today, but never fear! You can purchase Magic Keys and then book a
room-only stay. In fact, you'll want to check the
Offers & Deals page to see if there's a room discount offer currently available for Magic Key holders for your upcoming visit! Once you have your very own Magic Key, you can take advantage of those great deals when they pop up. Availability may be limited and isn't guaranteed.
While a Disneyland Vacation Package combines your hotel stay with your admission to the parks with some fun extras and perks for added value, your Magic Key will also come with
discounts, perks, and benefits that will more than make up for the inability to combine a vacation package with the purchase of a Magic Key. My favorite part of being a Magic Key holder is the dining discount. We love dining in the parks, so we really appreciate that benefit! And of course, you'll get a year of increased access to the magic of the parks.
Just make sure you've checked all the current details related to your preferred Magic Key before committing. Since you're planning on visiting during the magical Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, you'll especially want to check the
Blockout Dates. Magic Keys are non-refundable and non-transferable, so you'll want to read the
Terms & Conditions to be certain it's the right Magic Key for your needs. They're all different! I've had the Enchant Key and the Believe Key, and both were excellent options for our family. Details are subject to change, and Magic Keys may become unavailable as sales occasionally are paused.
