Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I totally understand your situation. My kids love to participate in the runDisney events, but with school and sports schedules it can be hard to plan.

You should be able to pick your daughter's packet up if you have a valid photo ID and have signed her waiver. A parent/guardian has to sign the waiver anyway.

My son and a friend of his ran the Wine and Dine Half Marathon last year and I was able to get both of their race packets with no problems. If there are any issues, just explain your situation to the race volunteers.
