Hey there, Erin, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question!
Erin, of course, you can pick up your physical Theme Park Tickets the day before your reservation. You can obtain your tickets by speaking with a Cast Member at any Theme Park Ticket Window or at
the Disney Springs Ticket Center. Since you are staying offsite, I recommend planning a trip to the Disney Springs Ticket Center to grab your tickets. My family enjoys spending time in
Disney Springs experiencing the shopping and fantastic restaurants! We’ve determined that Disney Springs is the perfect way to start our Disney Vacations and always stop by on our way in to stretch our legs from the drive and grab dinner. I recommend
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ if you have time to sit down. If not, grab a quick burger at
D-Luxe Burger - their Artisanal Shakes are also amazing!
And as much as I truly enjoy Disney Springs, I may also be able to save you the trip. Erin, unless you prefer physical Theme Park tickets, you can use
Disney’s MagicMobile Pass as your digital tickets. Disney’s MagicMobile Pass is a contactless - and convenient - option to access the Theme Parks using the My Disney Experience mobile app and your eligible mobile device. Disney’s MagicMobile pass also gives you access to the same Disney features that your ticket card would - like Lightning Lane Entrances. You can easily create a MagicMobile Pass in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open your mobile app and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Choose the “Disney MagicMobile” option and complete the remaining prompts to create your MagicMobile Pass. Once created, your pass can be saved in your Apple Wallet for easy access to the Theme Parks by touching your phone or Apple Watch to the Theme Park Entrance touchpoints.
I hope this helps, Erin! If you have more questions while you plan your Disney Vacation,
stop back by and let me know!
Until Next Time,
PG
