Hi Mariah, welcome to planDisney!
There's snow on the ground in my part of Virginia, so I'm definitely dreaming of the Florida sunshine that comes with a Walt Disney Resort vacation. This May, your extra dose of Vitamin D comes with views of
Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom park and charming character topiaries at the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. With the average temperature in the eighties, the magic and warmth are calling!
Disney does not currently send park maps to your mailbox, but I'm happy to deliver them to your inbox! Here are links to the most current guide maps for each park:
Magic Kingdom park,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom park. These are digital copies of the same maps you find at the front of the parks. My kids enjoy printing out their own park maps and color-coding their 'must-dos.' Fellow panelist Ashley F. likes to have her maps printed in a larger size at a local printing shop.
Before your trip, I also recommend familiarizing yourself with the interactive park maps found in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Access these maps by clicking the location icon on the bottom of the app's home screen (next to the home button). Click "Filter" on the top left to choose a theme park or Disney Springs. The middle drop-down menu lets you view wait times, restrooms, character viewing opportunities,
Disney PhotoPass locations, and more. You can even select a destination and click "Get Directions" to guide your steps. These maps will be your greatest mousketool when navigating your park days.
I hope these options suit your needs, Mariah. Please let planDisney know if you need help navigating any other parts of your trip.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
