Are you able to have packages sent to your hotel prior to your arrival? Do you need to let the hotel know? thanks

    Hi Ann Marie!,

Absolutely!  Many Guests opt to send items ahead of their arrival as it helps save on luggage space and excess baggage fees. When sending your packages, be sure that they include the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel and that it also clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of your arrival. I would also recommend that you send packages with tracking option, just in case. Keep in mind that there is a package handling fee which will be charged when you pick up your package (s). The fee is $5.00 per package, (subject to change without notice). Also, it is not necessary to notify the resort, but if you have any questions regarding the package, I would recommend that you give them a call. For more information on receiving mail, please visit this page: Mail Services. Hope this helps!

Did you know?: The Walt Disney World Resort has some great offers on Disney Resort Rooms and vacation packages! For more information, please visit this page: Special Offers and Deals.

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send in any other questions you may have.
