Greetings, Laura, and welcome to planDisney! I understand wanting to make the most of your
Lightning Lane Multi Pass – it's a great add-on, especially for any Guest who is prioritizing attractions.
Now, if I'm understanding correctly, it seems like you used your ticket to enter a theme park but weren't able to use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass associated with it. If that's the case, I'm afraid I have bad news. The Lightning Lane Multi Pass is only valid for the same day you use the ticket it’s linked to. The pass is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and expires at the end of the day.
If there was a special circumstance that prevented you from using the pass, you can try talking with
Guest Relations when you are in the park. However, there might not be anything further they can do.
Should you decide to purchase the multi pass again to use it during your next park visit, here are some helpful tips to make the most of it:
- Some popular attractions are more likely to have later return windows than others, especially as the day progresses. I recommend prioritizing Indiana Jones Adventure and Space Mountain in Disneyland Park, as well as Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! and Toy Story Midway Mania! in California Adventure Park.
- If your selected arrival time is later in the day, you could try modifying it to see if an earlier time slot is available. You might get lucky with a sooner arrival window!
- Single passes are available for a few of the most popular attractions not included in the multi pass. You can purchase those separately on the day of your visit if you wish to use them.
- Your phone will be getting a lot of activity, since you'll be using the mobile app to book attractions, downloading Disney PhotoPass photos, and more. Consider bringing a portable charger or purchasing one in the park to keep your device powered up and ready to go.
Laura, I hope your next visit is filled with plenty of magic! If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we'd be happy to help.
Your pal,
Kriss
