Am I able to use the magical express if my husband is checking in that day in a Disney resort with my son and his school for a marching band trip. My daughter and I are flying in and want to make sure we can use it.

    Greetings Lourdes,

How wonderful that your son will be marching with his high school band at Walt Disney World Resort! I'm so glad there is a Disney Youth office to provide our young guests with such magical opportunities. I'm sure he'll remember that event for the rest of his life.

As long as your name and your daughter's name are on a Disney Resort hotel reservation, you are absolutely welcome to utilize Disney's Magical Express to get from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World Resort. When I bring my students down to participate in the Disney Youth Education Series programs, sometimes one of my chaperones has to travel separately from the group. Since her name is listed on my guest room reservation, she simply hops on Disney's Magical Express en route to Disney's Pop Century Resort whenever she arrives. It works beautifully and your situation should yield equally effortless results. Just don your MagicBands at the airport and tap them at the touch points right before you board your bus. If you don't have your MagicBands yet, just give your hotel reservation number to the friendly Cast Members at the boarding area and off you'll go.

Wishing you many magical memories on your upcoming trip,
