    Hello, I was able to link my 2019 Summer Complimentary Ticket to my account and book a reservation for August 2021. However, the ticket shows that it expires on 7/7/21. Would I still be able to get in? I received a confirmation of the park reservation.

    I’m so happy to see that you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in August. Now that the Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have reopened, I bet you’re excited to experience all the pixie-dusted fun! There is so much to see and do at the Disneyland Resort theme parks. The new, highly anticipated Avengers Campus will be opening next week on June 4, 2021 at Disney California Adventure Park. And be sure to check out the newly reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish in Disneyland Park. 

    When you linked your 2019 Summer Complimentary Ticket to make your park reservation recently, did you happen to see if the expiration date was extended? When the theme parks were closed, Disneyland Resort extended expiration dates for non-promotional tickets (but it’s unclear whether all promotional/complimentary tickets were also extended). Without knowing specific details about your complimentary tickets (since there’re many different kinds), it’s hard for me to fully provide you a correct solution. I would hate for you to be turned away at the Main Entrance turnstile if you’re unable to visit in August due to a July expiration date. 

    My best advice is for you to contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you. That way, you can provide the Cast Member with your ticket or confirmation number to ensure you receive the correct information. There may be some wait time before you’re connected with a Cast Member, as they are working diligently to provide the best experience for all Guests. If you have the Disneyland mobile app, you can utilize the Chat feature. When you’re in the app, there are three small horizontal lines on the bottom right. Click on it and it’ll open up a menu; the “Chat with Us” button is on the bottom. Alternatively, you can also send an email and a Cast Member will respond as soon as possible.
