Hi! I was able to link my hotel reservation to my Disney account and make park reservations. My only concern is that I can't see my park hopper tickets. It's very clear that I did purchase it and it allowed me to make park reservations. Thanks!

I’m glad to see you’re heading to the Happiest Place on Earth in October. It’s wonderful that you have a Park Hopper so that you can experience both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day. To confirm that you have a Park Hopper ticket, using your Disneyland mobile app, you can click on the three short horizontal lines on the lower right-hand corner on the app, then click “Tickets and Passes” on the upper left-hand corner. Your ticket will be displayed and it should indicate that it’s a Park Hopper.
