    Hi am I able to use my lease agreement for my apartment as my proof of residency? I get all my bills online and utilities are included in my rent.

    Hello Brittany, and welcome to planDisney!

    I see you have a Walt Disney World Resort visit happening in the coming weeks! I know that you are excited to have the best time.

    You will need to provide proof of your Flordia residency, but Disney will not accept your apartment lease as proof. However, aside from a valid Florida driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or Florida-based military ID, you can provide a current bill in your name. That means you can provide:
    * A current homeowners insurance policy or bill.
    * A current automobile registration.
    * An insurance policy/bill.
    * A current utility bill (power, phone, cable, water).
    The bills you provide can be no more than 2 months old. Of course, mailed statements from financial institutions (checking, saving, or investment) or mail from federal, state, county, or city government agencies are also accepted as long as they are not more than 2 months old.

    Because you mentioned getting your bills online, “current statements and bills printed from electronic versions are accepted, along with electronic bills provided via smartphones and tablet devices.” In other words, you can access your bills online, and if they meet the criteria, you can use those as proof. I hope this helps.

    Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
