Hiya Lillian,
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
According to the
Park Rules and Regulations, “Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied” are prohibited items. Training wheels and/or modifications are not permitted. Devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Devices should be single rider and not exceed 36" (92 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length.” If your scooter follows the guidelines listed, then it may be permitted to the parks. However, the
Disneyland Resort “reserves the right to prohibit the use or storage of any other item that we determine may be harmful or disruptive, in our sole and absolute discretion.”
If you still wish to attend the parks but cannot bring your scooter, you may want to rent an
Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV). The Disneyland Resort has ECVs and wheelchairs available to rent on the east side of the main entrance. ECVs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. I recommend arriving early and going straight to the ECV rental to secure the ECVs before entering the parks. Guests can also bring and use their own ECVs and/or wheelchairs.
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
