Hi Tiffany,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. I get magical butterflies just thinking about Disney’s Magical Express – boarding that cheerful bus and watching the great on-board videos means that we’re so close to Walt Disney World! I can even taste the Dole Whips!
Eating is prohibited on board all
Walt Disney World Resort transportation, including
Disney’s Magical Express. I absolutely understand what it’s like to have hungry and excited Mouseketeers after a day of traveling, and agree getting something into their tummies is a priority. Luckily, Orlando International Airport has lots of great food court options, and stopping to grab a quick meal or grab-and-go snack won’t delay you by more than a few minutes.
Personally, I like to arrive at Walt Disney World Resort good and hungry so I can head straight for my favorite Disney snacks, but I know that strategy isn’t great for kiddos. We usually make a stop at Starbucks for a caffeine boost and some hearty snacks for our kids. They can finish the snacks while we wait for our bus to arrive, Momma gets her coffee, and we’re all in a magical mood when we board our coach. Next stop: our happy place!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
