It will fit, but it will be cramped. The front of the bus has much more open space, so if you do bring it, try to sit up front. If you happen to sit in the back of the bus, the seating and open areas are much more cramped (and harder to fit a stroller of any size). A double jogging stroller with those big wheels will be tough...
My recommendation, if you can fit it in your budget, is to rent the double strollers at the parks. We've done this our last 2 trips (I have 2 children ages 6 and 2) and it saves the headache of loading and lugging from park-to bus-to resort-to bus-to park, plus all the breaking down, especially when the buses are crowded. But then again, my wife was much better at breaking down the strollers, so maybe the problem was me :-)
